Our Water Treatment System provide efficient, sustainable solutions for industries, including clarification, filtration, softening, and demineralization, designed to improve water quality and operational efficiency.
Clarification System
This clarifier integrates coagulation, flocculation, clarification, and sludge removal within a single tank. It operates on the principle of internal slurry recirculation, which speeds up chemical reactions, reducing chemical consumption and promotes the growth of dense particles.
It is suitable for water treatment applications, lime-soda softening, and the removal of suspended solids, turbidity, color, and other contaminants.
We offer circular and rectangular types, fabricated from steel or concrete, with options for tanks equipped with or without agitators to meet customer requirements.
Filtration System
Our filtration system remove suspended solids (SS) to ensure water clarity and quality. We offer two options:
Automatic Gravity Filters
Utilizes open tanks and gravity to filter water, effectively removing suspended solids and enhancing overall water quality.
Pressure Filters
Utilizes closed tanks to force water through the media under pressure, rapidly removing suspended solids for optimal water quality.
Both systems can be customized with various filtration media, including sand, anthracite, activated carbon, birm, and more to meet your specific requirements.
Softening System
The ion exchange softening process uses Na+ type cation resin as a media. The sodium ions in the resin exchange with Ca++ and Mg++ ions, which Ca++ and Mg++ ions cause hardness in raw water, resulting softened water suitable for plumbing and heating system.
Ion exchange softening increases efficiency and extends the lifespan of household appliances, industrial boilers and cooling system. Additionally, it reduces scaling on RO membranes, prolonging their operational life.
We offer both manual and automatic types, fabricated from steel or fiberglass, with various control valves available to meet customer requirements.
Demineralization System
We offer a range of demineralization system tailored to various demineralized water quality, including desalination of seawater and brackish water, demineralization of municipal and industrial waters, factory process water, and the production of ultra-pure water.
We specialize in counter-current demineralization, a process that minimizes chemical usage and regeneration waste.
We provide both manual and automatic types, steel fabrication with rubber lining, and fiberglass tanks, equipped with various control valves to meet customer requirements.
Membrane Treatment System
We offer various types of membranes designed to produce ultra pure water for a wide range of applications.
Our systems include top-quality pretreatment solutions to protect the membranes and extend their lifespan.
